Let’s go back to 1996
ABOUT THE MOVIE:
Michael Keaton plays himself… a few times here.
Keaton plays Doug Kinney who duplicates himself by machine. Each duplicate develops a different personality, causing problems and they’re all hilarious.
The movie was based on Chris Miller’s short story ‘Multiplicity’, published in National Lampoon magazine in the Spring of 1993.
Chicago native, the late Harold Ramis co-produced and directed the movie.
The movie cost 45 million dollars to make and kind of bombed at the box office, grossing only 21 million dollars but, like a fine wine, it’s just gotten better with time.
