Born and raised in Arizona and fell in love with Radio as young as 5 years old. Spent years of recording and studying the Hot Mix shows which helped Perry learn to beat match by the time he was 12, even on non professional equipment.
By the time he was 16, he had the proper 1200s and then worked his way to mastering CDJs in addition to vinyl. Started Spinning underground and mainstream bars and clubs in 1996 and has covered all types of formats from Pop, Alternative, Dance, and House.
For the last 10 years, Perry was involved with various reputable radio stations ranging from FM, to worldwide web based ones. Some former ones include KNRJ (Energy), KAJM (Mega), KMVA (Hot 97.5), WOW 99.1 (KOWO), WBZC (Z88.9), PartyRadioUSA.net, iPartyRadio.com, iDanceRadio.fm, and Armadafm.com. He was also a resident mixer for the syndicated countdown, Remix Top 30 which is broadcasted on WKTU New York and their dozens of affiliates!
Fast forward to now, Perry is still mixing up Old School, Hi Energy, Indie, and Top 40 on numerous stations around the world including Chicago’s legendary WBMX, WCKG in Chicago, 88.7 KPNG (The Pulse), during “The Weekend Jump Off” (Friday Nites 10p-11p PT). Other FM affiliations include KNUW (NM), WACC (CT), and KWSS (AZ)
