ABOUT THE MOVIE:
One of our favorite hidden gems of the 90’s. Is it cheesy? Yes, is it bizarre? Hell yeah but, it’s an interesting look at what happens when people buy hook, line and sinker into the Government’s desire to control their lives with over-reach, lies, and manipulation to make a ‘perfect world.” What’s pretty cool though is all the futuristic type gadgets in the movie and how we deal with criminals in the future.

To be honest, we laugh our ass off when we watch this, there are some hilarious lines by Stallone, Snipes but Sandra Bullock’s lines steal the show.

Storyline:
Simon Phoenix, a violent criminal cryogenically frozen in 1996, has escaped during a parole hearing in 2032 in the utopia of San Angeles. Police are incapable of dealing with his violent ways and turn to his captor, John Spartan, who had also been cryogenically frozen when wrongfully accused of killing 30 innocent people while apprehending Phoenix
