We always say the best music, movies and TV shows have all been made, we’re here to help you remember them all.
1982’s “Creepshow” is proof of that.

Presented as short, scary stories, with comic-book-like vignettes scattered throughout as a homage to those EC comics of the 50s, we all found ourselves laughing a bit because the stories were more dark comedies.

This was Stephen King’s screenwriting debut with an amazing supporting cast that included King, Hal Holbrook, Adrienne Barbeau, Leslie Nielsen and very young Ted Danson.

The movie had a budget of 8 million dollars and grossed over 21 million in the U.S. There were two sequels, Creepshow 2 in 1987 and Creepshow 3 in 2006. Neither sequel would top the original.
