Taco Bell has a job for you
With the U.S. job market tight due to a lack of qualified applicants for many jobs that actually pay, (protesting or marching around with hats on isn’t a ‘job’) welding, engineers and qualified managers at Taco Bell seem to have a never-ending supply of openings. Sure it may cut into someone’s ‘play time’ online.
The chain is offering a 100K a year salary in select markets including here in the Midwest and Northwest with the hopes they’ll attract workers who actually want to work for a living and stay.
Along with that, they’re also going to be offering a new position for employees that want leadership experience on their resume but don’t want to be a manager.
Currently, a Taco Bell manager can make between 50K and 80K a year. It appears that if this works, that could change.
So, understand that you have to be better than someone to earn that position, that means no participation salary. You do a good job, you get paid well. Seems like a foreign concept in this world today.
